Wonder if KODA plans to flip for Christmas Music by Thanksgiving?

Flip was at 5pm Wednesday.... KSBJ is reportedly fliping Thursday morning....

I think everybody will be in a good spirit This Thanksgiving, As bushy-eyed insomniacs will be making the drive out to Wal-Mart & The Galleria at around 5:00 AM to do their Christmas Shopping Friday. The first they want to hear is KODA Music, because The Christmas Music on KODA will be on through Christmas Day. Make sure there's enough spiked punch for The Office party...

The thought occurred to me: If CBS wanted to flip 95.7 to the "Fresh" format, perhaps Thanksgiving would be the perfect time to do so. They might capture many of those Sunny 99.1 listeners that don't want continuous Christmas music...and could hold on to them after the holiday season.

Silly idea?

I think people might want to listen KODA's HD Channel for their daily fix of Neil Diamond, Air Supply, Celine & James Taylor-Only If They've had enough of their Christmas fill. HD music is also available online to listen to as well.

As far as KHJZ goes, I think it would give Sunny for the Money, because CBS has flipped WCKG in Chicago as it tries to get "Fresh". I think The Wave might get "Fresh" By New Years Eve.
