Work in Columbus radio? The talent you pass on your drive to work.

Just saw him featured earlier tonight on "Inside Edition"...I was afraid he was a former DJ who had been laid off and fallen on hard times. A sad story nonetheless; but I'm sure someone will give him a chance. Whoever does hire him will certainly make a name for themselves...you can't buy that kind of publicity!
 
The description in the Youtube video says under the 2nd update that Ted has gotten a formal offer from a local radio station. Hopefully this is true, his voice is too good to go unused. Best of luck to him!

NBC is flying him to NYC today for a morning appearance on the Today show 1/6. Wait till the makeup folks at the 30 Rock studios get a load of him!

Seriously though, I'm glad it worked out for the guy. I just hope he manages to stay clean now with a new lease on life.
 
WNCI had him call in on Tuesday morning for a few minutes and talked about it basically the entire show.

At the end of the show they said they were going to try to get him on Thursday because they had Snooki on Wednesday's show.

During the day the video went viral so they got him on Wednesday. I guess Snooki got bumped for a homeless guy!
 
I heard the news about him this morning on the CBS WORLD NEWS ROUNDUP. Even Steve Cathan let this man say:

"TIME ON THE WORLD NEWS ROUNDUP, EIGHT MINUTES PAST THE HOUR!"

He surely does have a great set of pipes!
 
He said "Z107.5", but I don't know the history of the market enough to know if that was a missed remembrance on his part.

Wikipedia says 107.5 used to be WJZA, before the calls moved to 103.5.
