I can't fill in the rest of the lyrics, but the song was called "The Hoser-Doc Hip-Hop Rock." It was rapped to a loop of the Run-DMC cover of "Walk This Way," pressed to 45 vinyl(!) and sold for charity. (Copyright? What's that?) Somebody out there's got to have a copy...
