In Willie's defense, it was at a time when he did duets with anyone. He was asked what it took to do a duet with him, and his answer was "ask me."

I don't have time right now to look up the chart position of "Seven Spanish Angels," but Willie's duet with Ray Charles on that song is great, IMHO.

I don't have time right now to look up the chart position of "Seven Spanish Angels," but Willie's duet with Ray Charles on that song is great, IMHO.

Peaked at number one Country in 1984. Did not chart otherwise. But yeah, it's as amazing as you'd hope Willie and Ray would be.
