Would love to see old schedules of WAXA 40 in the fall of 79, fall of 80, fall of 81, Fall 82, Fall 83, and fall 84...in fact the entire greenville market. A question. I know 40 went dark late in the SUmmer of 1989. But I read somewhere they went dark in 1983 and back on the air in 1984. Wikipedia does not indicate this though but on a Blair Book with broadcast TV contours of all the staions they say WAXA went dark in 1983 and back in in 84. Just curious about the actual history of this station. Maybe Bipatrick may know about this situation. Thanks
