WPDH 101.5 relay WFAF where are you?...when did a 101.5 appear in nassau county?

It seems 106.3 playing crap now  sounding like 103.9 but after checking it then I thought it was 106.1 WBLI interfering.. not the case either...
It seems that 106.3 is stunting.
is this in anticipation of 103.9 going to the bronx or something?
when I wanted to see if WPDH was still around, I seems to get a 101.5 transmitting from Nassau County being a relay for 106.3 on the east end of long Island. That 101.5 has never been there in greenwich instead its always been NJ 101.5 battling it out with 101.5 WPDH.
any Idea When 101.5 Nassau appear? they claim that its a new signal... I didn't think another station would fit on the dial in the NYC area..
my presets
1. 92.3 K-rock
2. Q 1043
what the hell is going to be my #3 preset now :-\

The new 101.5 in Nassau is a translator for Party 105.3! If I were you, I wouldn't be complaining about that translator, it's much better than having a religious station there.
WPDH 101.5/106.1 seems to still be there with its regular format, but 106.3 isn't mentioned. Maybe you're getting G-106.3 from the Jersey shore.

I agree with you there. I miss the 104.5 station that was LP any Idea why that one went religious from alternative?

I heard a call that said it was 106.3 Westchester county more music next... when they went into another song

Okay...the 101.5 translator has been around in LI for around a year or so. It was translating the religious station, WLIX, which replaced Radio X. WLIX is still on 94.7/94.9/104.5/96.5, the old Radio X frequencies.

WPDH is no longer being simulcast on 106.3. Instead, for the past few days, they've been playing non-stop AC music, but NOT simulcasting WFAS on 103.9. The RDS, however, reads WFAS, though the station has been doing its legal ID as WFAF. Most likely, they are planning on putting the WFAS AC format on 106.3, once 103.9's transmitter move to the Bronx is finalized, when they will likely also change formats.

what should you add to your presets? being in Greenwich I would assume you can pick up a few other stations....I don't know, there is of course your local classic rocker, 95.9 the Fox....you might pick up 102.3 from Long Island....You might get 95.1 WRKI too but the signal is real inconsistent and blocked by CT's natural mountainous terrain....

I too did see 106.3's RDS being 103.9 Calls and station.
WRKI has trouble in greenwich especially when the norwalk relay is out. Unfortunately, the FCC has their coverage where they could not have a relay in Stamford/Norwalk. it would kick ass if they could tho. during DX season 95.1 becomes a hip hop station from Cape May NJ. the signal is that bad down in greenwich. sometimes however WRKI's norwalk tower when just fixed or when working properly will Kick ass signalwise in Greenwich. right now however, the sigal sucks. It seems WBAB and the FOX is filling the gap for my newly appointed empty preset

106.3's still stunting tonight. From what little I heard tonight, it's a Hot AC playlist.

95.1 from Cape May isn't hip hop! Are you referring to 95.1 WAYV Atlantic City? They're a Adult AC/CHR station.
