WRCG Columbus drops News/Talk after decades in format; picks up 'True Oldies'

"True Oldies" to WRCG Columbus, GA

WRCG(1420) Columbus, GA, which has been simulcasting its talk format on its FM translator W295AY (at 106.9) since last October,flips to oldies picking up Scott Shannon’s True Oldies Channel. The new WRCG (1420 & 106.9) calls itself “Boomer 106.9,” and will continue to air some sports programming including the local “The Past Noon Show” with Coach BR Johnson, and, will also still air Atlanta Braves baseball."
