WRXD stunting with Christmas music as "Navidad 96.5"

As of November 4th, Play 96.5 has begun stunting with christmas music. Alex Sensation is now on Mega 106.9 and Joel "El Intruder", the host of El Jukeo De PR resigned.

EstereoTempo is coming back next year, there have been billboards saying that EstereoTempo is returning, I had expected a Red 96 comeback, but that's not the case

I expected the comeback of the AC "baladas" format, but not the name Estéreotempo, which is played out, as all radio is stereo and has been for decades. Of course, they're kind of in a rock and a hard place with that name. If you just take away the "Estéreo", people in Puerto Rico people think of a notorious convicted rapper, not old Chayanne or Ricky Martin songs! Maybe 96.5 Amor matching their NY imaging would have fit...

Red 96 had indeed sort of come back, though - Z-93 is news-talk during morning drive. Had that format gone full time on 96.5, we'd be talking about Nación 96.5.

Maybe they should replace the "estéreo" with another similar word starting with an "e".

¿EncantoTempo? Would go well with the format of "nice" music and the market's nickname of La Isla del Encanto. Although I don't know how many people would connect it with the Disney movie...
