I just noticed something on the WTIC 1080 website. When you go to it scroll all the way to the bottom where it says SPORTS. Next to sports it says: Top Headlines, UCONN Insider, Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox, Bruins, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL.

Must be referring to the simulcast of Boston's WBZ-FM (The Sports Hub) on the HD-3 stream.

No, it's just a link to the AP wire news feed. It's just for print stories. It's meant to make CBSConnecticut.com (which is where wtic.com redirects to these days) a destination for all New England news, weather, and sports.

You mean "all Boston sports, plus UConn." Where are the links to the sports events going on in the other New England states. Or for that matter, all the non-UConn sports in Connecticut (Whale, Rock Cats, Sound Tigers, Travelers Golf, New Haven Tennis, Yale, Central, etc.)?
