WTKU-FM 98.3 city of license change

Anyone know why Kool 98.3 changed the city of license? Will they move the transmitter site in the future? What area would they plan to hit?
 
FCC Grant was 3/17/2010 for change of city Of license to Petersburgh, NJ
 
The city of license is the only change for WTKU, they aren't moving anywhere.

WJSE, Petersburg and WTKU Ocean City swapped city of license, which allows
WJSE to move to a transmitter site in Atlantic City on the Ocean Club.

WJSE will continue to cover the city of license, now Ocean City, with the
signal strength required by the FCC.

The stations have shared the same tower site at the south end of Ocean City
since WJSE came on the air (as WSKR) in the 90's.
