The announcement was made on June 1, 2006 during a live, local broadcast of brother-station WCBM’s “The Tom Marr Show” at an invitation-only brunch for sponsors and local dignitaries at the Hilton Pikesville. Effective immediately, The Voice V1370 will be the local home to many of the most powerful female voices in talk radio, including Dr. Laura Schlessinger, Laura Ingraham, Tammy Bruce and Dr. Joy Browne. Dr. Laura and Laura Ingraham were interviewed by Tom Marr during the announcement brunch.
