Too bad? you have many alternatives for sports in Boston. Big deal is the station gets sold. Hey no one cared when WAMG was changed to sports and the Hispanic community was left with out a radio station in Boston. So tough if you don't like 1510 changing, you have other alternatives.

Re: too bad...

Sports on Boston radio? Try WEEI, ESPN radio 890, 1510 the Zone, + the Pats on WBCN, the Celtics on WRKO, and the Bruins on WBZ. And you even try to compare that to how the Hispanic audience lost it's only outlet in Boston?

I hope 1510 would do this

I hope the new owners of 1510 would put Spanish format on 1510 or I hope Radio One would buy 1510 and sell off awful daytimer AM 1090 . <P ID="signature">______________

That would be awesome if Radio One bought another property in Boston, maybe it could be gospel, or the news/talk could come over to 1510.

Incidently, I love the winter olympics, I love watching the young amateur athletes vs. the overpaid brats in professional sports.
