WYCL 1540 and WHTX 1570 back to Chris Lash/ Group Radio, LLC?

I have noticed on the FCC database, WYCL and WHTX are back in the hands of Chris lash as there is a Notification of Non-consummation : https://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/w...xt=25&appn=101553799&formid=905&fac_num=73308 .

The sale was made to Group Radio, LLC. If I can be so kind to ask what happened to Sagittarius Communications, LLC?

The flip flopping has to be destroying any credibility the stations may have. I know sometimes it is out of your hands, but I guess it is the state of radio.
