Much to the chargin of smashedcd, The Louisiana Association of Broadcasters named WYPY 100.7 Major Market station of the year at Thursday's annual meeting of the LAB in Lake Charles. The station/Guaranty Broadcasting picked up at least three awards including
# Major Market Station Of The Year
# Best Promotion Of The Year (Taste Of The Tiger Tailgating Event)
# 2009 Golden Mike Award (Gordy Rush)
