WZBH 93.5 the beach in Del Md VO guy was that k-rock vo guy?

I took a trip to VA Beach this weekend same day from Vt on Thursday by train to Ct then car the rest of the way down. My Ipod adaptor broke so All I had was radio.
on my travels going solo down there thursday night I ended up listening to 93.5 the beach very great rock station I must say. I was curious if the liner/VO guy is the one from 92.3 k-rock?
