Yes, been a few stories about it over the past few months. I still don't understand what drives people to invest in and televise springtime professional football played largely by unknowns who were never NFL caliber players. The product is always a pale imitation of NFL football and tickets inevitably have to be given away to attract anyone to attend the games.

It's good for players and coaches who are trying to work their way into (or back to) the NFL or even the CFL. If they have enough fan and TV interest to break even, then fine. But to the average person, it's a nonentity. Same goes for the USFL and arena football.

I've always preferred the LFLUS (Legends Football League / Lingerie Football League). After all, what screams "football" like a bunch of large-bosomed ladies, scantilly clad in bikinis, but wearing shoulder pads and football pants?
