XM Being Sued by Music Publishers for Unlawful Distribution

im thinking xmsr is a test case and if they fail (xm) to win on the merits of a legal position. other suits should or could follow.....

I was surprised to see the list of lawsuits listed and filed in the end of year report with the sec

it also contained a footnote that would indicate clearly, other items where on-going in the normal course of business and not listed

at least two other patent suits, that relate to technology have also been filed in the last month.one relates to the display the other to storage of files

the display issue names both sirius and xmsr, the one on files only named sirius in the public information I read

sirius was also sued, by one of the manufactures. do to the modulator issue from last year,they were looking to collect almost fifty million...
