Earlier today I put a time clock up as a joke to the demise of the 990 am frequency.It is only a joke.Now www.PROJO.com has put up a clock on thier home page counting backwards to 12:01 Saturday morning.The time Buddy's Home Confinement ends.
I can't believe they(Providence Journel) are doing this stupid Time-Clock thing.

He's not going back on the air.He's going to relax and give his first interview too not Depetro,not Yorke.I wonder who gets it.

Yes, he is. See what happens next week. Both companies (Clear Channel and Citadel) are still in negotiations. He'll make his decision soon.
 
hasen't st pierre claimed numerous times he's getting the 1st interview. my bet is still buddy taking over the 10 to 3 spot. rush is dead

Here's the latest rumor:

Buddy is going to WHJJ as soon as Helen Glover's contract is up (early Sept.) and gets the boot. Ron St. Pierre is ALSO going to WHJJ either as host or PD (not sure which).

WPRO could not outbid WHJJ after having agreed to pay DiPreto $80,000 to start, and the large $$$ paid to Yorke.

WHJJ, having save the salaries of Helen, Howie & Arlene, can afford bu-ku funds for Buddy.
