You can have your own morning show for less than the cost of 60 second...

Commericial on some Tampa radio stations.

With the I-man now officially finished on radio. Dave and Lola need a new morning show at WTAN. First person to sign a check wins!

Does anybody remember that car guy Tom Stimus? Is he still alive? Just think: Stimus In The Morning on Tan-Talk! Sign him up.

I am looking forward with enormous anticipation to four hours daily of the Very Best of the Worst of the Beloved Archives of the Downtown Dave Show. Or, as it's sometimes known: "How I Accidentally Built My Radio Tower In The Wrong Place Because I was Too Ripped To Read The Plans". Oh the joys of small owner-operatorhood! It's almost as heartwarming as a giant cold-blooded banker-operated conglomerate determined to rob radio of any vestige of what really makes the medium work....

Tom Stimus, Bradenton Florida, Number ONE (bangs the hood of a van so hard he dented it) in the WORLD!

Sadly, Tom passed on some time ago.

And your point is...? The Stimus (St. Imus?) show could be produced by Bob Yagoda, with occassional call-ins from Dr Donald Carrow and L. Ron Hubbard. It's the Tan-Talk Global & Interplanetary Radio Network at its finest!

BTW, most passersby you ask about Imus believe that he actually passed on some 15 years ago...
