I forget which Supreme Court justice said it, but in regards to pornography, he said "I know it when I see it". I agree, though, naked does not equal pornography. If it did, then there are centuries of artists that should be censored or imprisoned for painting, sculpting or otherwise portraying the human body in its naked form.
