YOUR GOVERNMENT TAX DOLLARS AT WORK,,AND NO ONE'S LISTENING

Government tax dollars and no one's listening? Kind of like NPR.

Also, the Tribune isn't liberal? On what planet?

Is there any possibility that this thread could be moved to a board where it belongs? This is hardly "Where Are They Now" material.

I understand from another site that Al Brady Law has recently been fired from his St Louis gig. He was great on WUBE back in the sixties. Anyone know what happened the the other guys? I know Bwanna Johnny passed away last year.

Real Quick:

NPR's "Morning Edition" is top rated in many cities. In Boston, I believe that it is Top 3 25-54.

Also: NPR gets only about 15% of their funding from the government. Without NPR (whose talk coverage, contrary to stereotype, is pretty balanced), all I would ever hear on commercial talk radio would be the yelling, screaming demagogs (both left and right).
