YouTube star Caleb Logan Bratayley, who rose to fame as a member of the video blogging Bratayley family, has died at the age of 13.

Caleb’s mother Annie first made the announcement via her official Instagram account. “Yesterday at 7:08PM Caleb Logan Bratayley passed away of natural causes. This has come as a shock to all of us. Words cannot describe how much we will miss him,” she wrote.

“His incredibly funny, loving and wonderful spirit made us all fall in love with him as a YouTuber, friend, brother and son,” she continued. “We know you tune in to watch each day and eagerly anticipate new videos, but ask that you bear with us while we deal with this tragedy as a family. Please help us honor our baked potato.”

13-year olds do not die of "natural causes". It would have been correct to say the cause was unknown if indeed that was the case.
 
13-Year-Old YouTube Star Caleb Logan Bratayley Died From ‘Undetected Medical Condition’

Caleb Logan Bratayley, the 13-year-old YouTube star who died last Thursday, passed away from a previously “undetected medical condition,” his parents have revealed.

“Caleb’s death has raised many questions about how and why this could happen to a seemingly healthy boy,” the family wrote on Instagram Monday night. “Sadly, tests have confirmed today that Caleb passed away from an undetected medical condition.”

In addition to announcing new details on Caleb’s mysterious death, the Bratayleys announced a live stream memorial on Twitter and Periscope.

“Due to an outpouring of support and people’s hope to be part of the memorial, we have decided to live-stream the ceremony tomorrow at 8pm EDT,” the family wrote.
