Are these Mexican license radio station runs by the same company? Since their office are located in the same building, but they have different suite numbers?
I believe that this information is out of date. IIRC, John Lynch is the CEO of U-T, and was involved in the recent attempt to purchase the Boston Globe from the NYT. The two station groupings are apparently separate entities.

Looks like BCA tried to merge with LMA and the deal cratered. Lynch got thrown out of BCA. He then sued BCA, Viejas, and John Moores' investment firm. The Viejas tribe used to own a chunk of BCA but it looks like they got out. I can't tell whose money is behind BCA now.
Local Media is still funded by Thoma Bravo. Whether or not there is a joint services agreement between BCA and Local Media today is unclear, but it probably went away when the BCA/LMA deal went bust.
I believe that when they moved into that building they were all co-owned. Then the old BCA stations were split back from the Finest City stations and a wall went up to split the office space. Most likely they had to play musical chairs with the studios to get BCA on one side of the wall and Finest City on the other...This was similar to when the back of the Clear Channel facilities went to Finest City and a new door was put in the back for them.
John Moores owns the marketing rights for BCA. They partner with KPRI on sales.
Mr. Moores bought the rights after he sold the Padres.
Thomas Bravo is a venture firm that primarily deals with software and other technology companies.
Interesting on last Friday's "Shark Tank" all the VCs opted out of R Dub's venture. Not that he has a bad product; it's the state of radio in general clawing for numbers and "2" starts to look good. He is in 62 markets and clearing $350,000 a year?!?!
My 22 year old son has no idea which station plays music in the market. It's all Pandora or iRadio.
