Oxford Street Tour

Interesting article. It mentions that there are studios for Coast. If I am not mistaken, Coast has no live and local shifts whatsoever. Toby Knapp is piped in from D.C., and Kristen is tracked. Everything else is Premium Choice or Ryan Seacrest...

Surprising that Tyler would actually go live when Kristen is off. But good for him if he does.

Does B-101 still allow live and local weekenders on every other weekend?

Courtesy of fybush.com, a photo tour of Clear Channel and Hall Radio. The CC studios are the ones without people in them, although I do see one in the HJY studio photo.

That's the world famous Steve "The Troll" Conti in the picture!
He and the chief engineer "Riv." gave us the tour that day.
WHJY was in the middle of the shift change with Jen Dower leaving and Geoff Charles coming in.

I moved WRX into that building in the mid 90's. We had a great STL shot to Exeter from there.
Telemedia had done a great job building those studios originally. I remember when WCTK moved in across the hall (no pun intended) I used to be the Chief of that station, too. Ah, memories....
