Magic has officially been LTWized. Same KIIS CHR jingles, same slogan, best of the 80s weekend, hotter music...

Will ROR now get to play non rock music again now that Magic is hotter? Hopefully Delilah isn't next...
 
I noticed that too. They are saying in their jingle now-"Today's hits, yesterday's favorites". And prior to that, the DJ's on that station had endlessly been posting to their Facebook Pages a survey for listeners to fill out naming their favorite current hit music.

So I guess this means they are no longer "Soft Rock"?
 
I hope Bedtime Magic will still be there.

It probably sounds similar to their sister station in NJ Magic 98.3
 
i was thinking it was a mistake and maybe was picking up lite fm in nyc but I guess not.

"Bedtime Magic" isn't the same as it's been back in the day. They used to play some of the best Slowjams, but these days they don't play much SlowJams like they used to back in the day. It's like a regular Daytime Format.
I still listen to this station. They are great. Dan Justin is one of the best Radio Hosts on there

I think this station is getting WORSE AND ALL KINDS OF WORSE ever since their new inappropriate format Reelworld package and that Cadillac should not work there period. Don't know why out of all the other choices they pick Magic 106.7. Now I'm completely over 100% thankful I don't live in Boston only because of the reck WMJX is now. I love Reelworld but NOT WHEN IT'S USED ON MAGIC 106.7 BECAUSE THEY'VE BEEN ALL DALLAS JINGLES SINCE 1981. COME ON, NOW. Also why are they constantly letting the legends of Greater Media Boston leave? Like Dan Justin. Actually no, I know why. They hate it there! Like me. Who can blame them? The only things that makes sense is their awesome past. Yeah but Magic 98.3 is all perfect. I love that station. The Reelworld jingles really get to me. and their Holiday Thompson Creative cuts, There's nothing wrong with it. That post from Jarome AKA Lauro was from May 2013, well over a year ago... when Dan was still at Magic. Most of this thread is ancient, I can't really figure out why it was resurrected.
 
I am guessing you are not a normal average listener....what kind of person knows the name of the jingle company!?!?!
