Missing an EAS on KCAL SAP

Just to clarify, earlier when I
posted, message body went away.
Yes, during Monday's weather
warning KCAL SAP went quiet. I know
there are rule for sub-channels,
but what about SAPs? Thanks in
advance

Isn't there a visual component to all TV EAS alerts making the issue of no audio, rather moot?
