Problems with Fox NFL coverage today (9/15)--maybe DIRECTV Sunday ticket?

I have the Bears-Vikings game on our local Fox affiliate, and the announcers are constantly apologizing for all of the technical problems that are occurring throughout the game (including a cutout soon before a Vikings TD to tie the game at 21). And someone who posted to a Bears game thread on the Chicago Cubs message board (which I only read for humor and laughs, BTW--I am a Cardinal fan) claimed that DirectTV Sunday Ticket was down and the company was not answering their calls. Any problems with your local Fox games and/or Sunday Ticket so far this afternoon?

The CBS game in my area is Colts-Dolphins and there haven't been any problems on their coverage today.

The Bears game has been cutting in and out on DirecTV all day. It seems to be a video problem at Soldier Field (audio is OK) since the studio show is coming through fine. I don't know about the other games since I haven't been watching them.

During the Fox half time show I heard the host apologize for the Bears game problems. So, I guess, it's a Fox problem not a DirecTV problem.

I'm in Minneapolis watching on Fox 9, and the problems were indeed on the Fox side. It was acting as if complete signal loss before they just cut to a mono audio feed, and then cut to the halftime show early (with about 1 min left in the half). Then we got treated to a second halftime report with an apology for the technical difficulties.

So far, the second half has been fine. Wouldn't want to be their technicians today.....

What's EVEN MORE hilarious is the fact they're posting on the official CHICAGO CUBS message board rather than official CHICAGO BEARS sources :D *LOL!*

Cheers & 73 :)

Many of us only got snippets of it via NFL RedZone & even Scott Hanson made mention of it a couple times

But that didn't pale in comparison to the LIGHTNING DELAY in Tampa today. That lasted well over an hour

Or LATER TODAY for that matter ;D (Seeing heads roll) *LOL!*
