MHZ Worldview Returning on KLCS 58.4 November 1

Well, I first tried posting this in
an avsforum LA section, but my
posts float away. Meanwhile I read
a press release from MHZ, saying
they will be on KLCS 58.4 beginning
November 01.

Oh dear, what will happen to the instructional programming that is stuck in the 70's that usually airs there?

:D Sorry Instructional tv moved to web only a few years ago. Its international news and ducumentaries this time. Its Mhz Vs LinkTV (the owners of KCET 28).

Um, I'm looking at 58.4 right now and they are airing instructional programming the same as always since multicasting began for KLCS. I know KCET switched to LinkTV but Mhz has nothing to do with KCET anymore since they dropped it.

Dang KLCS still airs Instructional programming? Thats crazy KCSM of San Francisco lost their PBS affiliation because its core audience that watched Annenberg Instructional shows have moved to the youtube profiles of professors giving lectures. Also its because KQED beat KCSM in terms of the number of donors and underwriters around 2009. Also I went to the Annenberg/ learner site and they still exist but they will only provide web only instructional videos.
