K295BF Greenville TX, about to get fined

They wanted to move to Royse City. So they did. Never mind that the application for the move was just approved this past June; they started using the site near Royse City back in 2011, but who knows when exactly. The STA request (which was inherently flawed) was received July 8th, 2011 and denied three days later!

And it wouldn't be surprising to see them use the "financial hardship" card to weasel their way out of paying the full amount. The FCC should stick to their guns on this and any similar cases that exhibit such blatant disregard for the rules.

Oh, and if the FCC could (or would) impose fines on Washington lawyers for giving their stamp of approval for such chicanery, they should do that, too. I've seen this attorney's name associated with other "questionable" filings. Oh, excuse me---"Blatantly deceptive" might be more descriptive.

Well for what it's worth the MP3 stream for the station is http://50.84.164.26:8130/ and yes I was correct it's Spanish Christian, or at least sounds that way. To get it to work paste the URL into your player, the listen link on the webpage doesn't work.
