Should 1210 WPHT or 990 WNTP pick up this show and air it live Sundays from 10 PM-1 AM ET? If you want my opinion, I would like 1210 WPHT to air this show live and drop the local talk that's currently on the 10 PM-1 AM slot now, to cut costs.

What a breath of fresh air!

I've been wondering where all the ultra-conservative talk show hosts have been hiding.
 
Bad idea. Period. Cunningham's show doesn't particularly stand out among all the cookie-cutter conservative talk shows. I enjoy listening to Dr. Mazz and Rick Grimaldi and they seem to have callers, etc. Not sure of the ratings and it would not save much money. Not sure why anyone would think the WPHT audience would clamor to hear Cunningham.

I am but this show is cleared everywhere else in the US. It doesn't make sense that 1210 or 990 can't be able to air this show live.

Why in god's name would you want your local talk station sounding like any cookie-cutter syndication crap-fest heard in Cow Tip, Nebraska? Cunningham is a poor-man's Limbaugh with the blinded-by-the-flag "patriotism" of Levin.

He might be entertaining but integrity-wise, local is better.

Can't you get your Cunningham fix from his syndicated show where he plays... a poor-man's Maury? I'm guessing he rails against Planned Parenthood and the like on his radio show while he milks family drama and paternity test suits to death on his talk show. Classy.

WHy doesn't it make sense? Where is it written that his show has to clear every market? There's not even anything special about it.
 
i was listening to bill cunningham one night and he had a guest going on and on about how bad the federal employee systenm is a drain and telling lie after lie about how it works.cunningham just urged him on.

That is the single biggest turn-off to me on talkradio these days.

You can have your ideology, but if you have to lie to get listeners to like and agree with you, then your positions are garbage.
