Was happy jack really jim quinn

I was just reading on the Pittsburgh board about a talk show called Quinn & Rose, from station FM NewsTalk 104.7WPGB, they mentioned his name as Jim Quinn. I was wondering if this is Happy Jack from WIBG era 1969, when they had the Golden Hits Weekend and had jocks like Ed Richards, they really sounded good for one year 1969. I remember on Sunday night Happy Jack said his real name was Jim Quinn and he was going back to his home in Pittsburgh. This is when WIBG stopped that great format they had for one year in 1969. Happy Jack was a great personality and sounded fantastic, is this the same person, am I crazy or can anyone confirm this is true.
