Silence callout "device"

(Pardon me if this gets double posted. Keep going in circles when posting a new thread)

Seem to remember there was a software solution that would take either a contact or audio and call out (POTs) when there was a closure or silence.
Need it to call the PD and/or APD for that station only.
Maybe 3 groups of numbers assigned to 3 different closures.

Or maybe someone knows if Autopilot 3 can do that with a script?

We want it to get the PD's a$$ out of bed @ 4AM or 7PM on a Sunday.
Maybe a seperate device for each PD?

Silence can be cause by engineering issues as well as operational issues. Don't forget a device for yourself (what time would you like to be called?).

For all those times when dead air is created by action (or inaction) of a human being, rather than legitimate equipment failure, it would be extraordinarily useful to have a separate device that calls that human's supervisor...instead of annoying the engineering person unnecessarily.

There is no point in waking an engineer at 6AM when a board op doesn't show up. Been there, done that way too many times, got the whole wardrobe.

I kind of have that. My logger is looking at the output of the board, and is running the Pirra CZ Silence Detector. It will send a text and E-mail to me and the PD if it detects silence. My remote control will alarm on the Arbitron PPM Monitor. If there's no audio, then there's no code, and after a 3-minute delay, it complains, and I get a text from the R/C. If I get both, I'm 99% certain the problem is either with the automation or the board op. At least so far, it's been 100% right. The PD has remote access to the automation and the virtual mixer (Logitek), so he should be able to fix whatever it wrong. If it is a problem past the output of the board, no Pirra alarm (PD doesn't know), just the PPM, so it's most likely a technical problem.
