I don't see anything that really stands out. Everything seems to be about the same. I see an unnerving trend with 105.7 and that is a slow fall. They consistently have dropped but those listeners are not going to Rock 100.5 which hovers at 1.8 to 2.0.

Radio better expand the playlist or they are destined to failure.

If someone could provide some info on how Radio 105.7 is doing in the $$$$ demo, that would be appreciated. I know numbers don't tell the whole story.

I don't understand why WRDA has not even ATTEMPTED to update/expand even their gold library. I've also noticed they will only play the top 10 songs on the alternative chart for their currents, ruling out everything else no matter how established the artist/song is. I understand they originally wanted to play ot safe, but this makes no sense.

The Game will make its money with low ratings. Billing has to be a lot better than some of you think based on ratings. Still more focus on ratings then revenue.

So who is number one in the 18-34 race?

Just how long can AN 106.7 keep the same thing going? Now they are at a 1.5....Holy Cow. Even the public radio WABE has a 3.1 in the latest ratings. That is DOUBLE 106.7. Really folks....public radio WABE has TWICE the audience that 106.7 has....!! Great
showing AN.... Maybe you should put Kimmer on morning drive, and add Michael Savage to PM drive, and quit calling yourself
an "all news" station. Kimmer, Savage, whoever.....would bring in more numbers than 1.5. They just keep going lower. Can
the Braves and other sports live broadcasts help this station survive? And WOW look at WSB. Number One in the market....!
Cox is doing things RIGHT at WSB. The ratings show it. Maybe go back to playing music like in the past. Maybe anything.
But with ratings on a slide like this, time is running short for the Dickey folks to continue with this format.

Great

Sad part is you're right, as others have said the AN experiment is over, more
Tweaks will be made to try to save face w/out going back to a music format.

...and keep in mind WABE is playing music all day outside of drive. In morning drive when three stations in the market are ALL NEWS, the disparity between WABE and AN is even wider. 5-9AM M-F WSB 11.2, WABE 5.7, AN 1.5

Want something different news-wise? Listen to WBCX 89.1 out of Gainesville (Brenau). They carry news from the BBC.
