Based on experience moderating other boards I can advise you that users generally can't delete posts - only moderators.

There are three reasons for this:

1. Responses to deleted posts lose contextual value when the original is gone and it isn't fair or practical, especially in a long thread, to identify and edit/delete responsive posts because of deletion of the post responded to.

2. Deletion can disrupt indexing by search engines which have recorded the post. Too many such disruptions and it can lower your hit rate in certain engines because you become identified as a problem site. This is also why larger sites frequently have a placeholder page for urls of obsolete pages that links back to the sites home page.

3. Moderators are volunteers and the webmasters don't want to involve their time with "poster remorse" issues that can attimes become controversial as well as time consuming

All this said I would suggest taking up your request via a PM to the moderator for radio discussions as I have no idea of their policy here. A few weeks ago I identified a spam post in another language to one of the forums here and it was gone within a few hours and I got a "thank you" email..

I can tell its Cuba on top of 890.

They frequently ID as Habana Kuba (phonetic spelling). But they apparantly sign off at 2 or 3 AM (Eastern) and WLS comes in clear.
Now, you would think that they could cover the entire island with 5 KW. But I'll bet they're running 50 or even 100 KW just to be obnoxious.

Cuba is 450 miles from east to west. Even 100 kw will not cover even a quarter of the territory day and night.

As a comparison, Puerto Rico is only 100 miles from east to west. The only 50 kw station provides a good signal in the daytime over only about 1/3 of the island.

All the countries of the Greater Antilles have very poor ground conductivity except along the coastal flatlands and in a few interior valleys or plains. The rest is rugged or mountainous, making it difficult to cover with a single facility.

Prior to the Castro regime, networks in Cuba such as Goar Mestre´s CMQ, needed a dozen stations, many with 10 to 50 kw, to cover most... but not all... of the population.

Based on my recent (this year) and prior experiences on the Florida gulf coast, I think it's a pretty safe bet that the Cuban facility on 890, R. Progreso, has been upgraded. The signal seems stronger and the audio is better. As for power, my guess would be at least 10kw, but no more than 50kw. I seriously doubt they're at 100kw.

I seem to recall that David....or perhaps someone else....recently said the Chinese are involved in a project to upgrade/update Cuba's AM transmitters. If that's the case, it would certainly explain the noticeable improvement in the 890 signal.
