If they're in cities, like those you mentioned, where NBC owns the Telemundo station but not the NBC affiliate. But after a quick check (Thanks, Wikipedia), I don't see any places where a switch seems likely.
Here are cities where NBC owns the Telemundo station, but Cozi is not on any station in the market. Both are heavily Spanish-speaking markets, so Cozi might not be a priority for NBC.
Rio Grande Valley (Brownsville-Harlingen) Telemuno O&O has 3 spanish subchannels and 2 spanish audio channels, in addition to the main telemundo channel)
San Juan Puerto Rico
Here are cities where NBC owns the Telemundo station, but Cozi is on some other station:
Fresno (Cozi is on KAIL .2, the My Network station)
Boston (Cozi is on the .1 and .2 channels of WFMP,. From what I see on Wikipedia, .1 can occasionally pre-empt Cozi.)
