Can we all write to our local stations and demand they air Ring of Honor Wrestling on their stations?. They don't air in alot of places and it would be refreshing to watch something than infomicals on weekends. www.rohwrestling.com

It's a made-for-TV indy fed. Pro wrestling is mostly a joke, but minor league indy fed pro wrestling is a joke that isn't all that funny.
Does ROH make more $ than infomercials?
are they even interested in getting it on in markets where Sinclair doesn't have a station?
They post each Ring of Honor episode on their Youtube page, so you can still watch it even if you don't live in a Sinclair market. Even better, you can watch it anytime at your leisure and not have to rely on the whims of your local station's scheduling practices. There we go, so many problems solved.
It would be nice to have the show in Hartford/New Haven. The closest station airing it is WLWC-TV (CW) channel 28 of New Bedford, MA, which is in the Providence, RI market. I remember watching the show when I last visited Portland, ME two years ago. Then and now, it airs on WGME-TV (CBS) channel 13 of Portland, after their 11 PM newscast.
WLWC is no longer owned by Sinclair. Why are they still airing ROH?

Stations can make more money with infomercials in the time slots wrestling used to have. More people might watch wrestling, but that doesn't matter to the infomercial hucksters and fraud artists. If they've got enough money to pay off the FTC or state Consumer Protection Departments, they can certainly afford to buy an hour or two on your local station.

As seedless pointed out, ROH is an infomercial. Almost all third-rate indy wrestling promotions are nothing but infomercials.
It's not an infomercial. What are they selling? They're providing entertainment. It may not be your preferred type of entertainment, but that doesn't make it an infomercial.
OTAs should be limited in the amount of infomercials they can air. Go off the air overnight or air something of some value besides straight marketing. Otherwise, you're right, there is zero incentive to air actual programming if they can sell the whole 30 minutes as an ad.
