Carl Wiglesworth Died On 07/01/2014

Carl Wiglesworth died on 07/01/2014.

He was a conservative talk-radio host on WOAI, KTSA, and KAHL.

He also had a bar-b-que trailer in Fair Oaks for a short time called Carl Wiglesworth's Grand Champion Bar-b-que.

I was never a fan of his but I was sometimes a listener. In my opinion, the only difference between Carl and Rush Limbaugh was that Carl was local (San Antonio). They had the same voice, style, and program content.

I know that daypart, jras20, DAndyRock and I remember him because I found a thread from 2005 where the four of us were discussing local (Austin/San Antonio) talk-radio and his name came up a few times in that discussion.

Sad day for San Antonio, lost one of many great talents. Does anyone happen to have any airchecks of his shows? Like on Fluoride?
