Mark Levin no longer on KTSA?

Adding another blow to the listening to San Antonio Radio, since 96.9 doesn't come it where I live. I just discovered this week that Mark Levin is not as his usual 7pm time slot on AM 550 KTSA. Did they cancel his show? None of the mainstream media ran such a story.

And after I got my AM tuner sounding just right with the computer turned on.

Oh well, got to make a call to Time Warner and upgrade my interent speed.

I guess San Antonio's radio stations don't care about the male 25-54 demos.
Or they are giving out Portable People Meters to kids in Junior High. Makes me wonder.

You mean they don't care about the 54+ Caucasian demo. On AM.

And talk radio IS "the mainstream media." Can't have it both ways.

When I was refering to the mainstream media, I was refering to the local newspaper, and Local TV stations, and even KTSA's webite.
But they (Express News) mentioned KZEP 104.5 moving down the dial.

I just find it sloppy that KTSA didn't even mention the changes to their lineup on thier website.

People of all ages listen to the Mark Levin show.

Why would Mark Levin's show start off with Incubus a 90's rock band instead of a Frank Sinatra tune, if he only attracted the 54+
Caucasian demo?

So myself and other 34 year olds only listen to NPR and CHR? I beg to differ.

Me strongly thinks that kiddos are using those PPM's and not the adults with purchasing power.

I'm very disappointed that they took the show off. At first I was just thinking that he was on vacation and they had a substitute program, but today I checked their schedule and it is gone. I'm hoping they'll bring it back.

Podcasts?

There are always his podcasts - going back for like 2 years now. Catching Levin on 820 from the DFW area ATTM.

Which was one of the reasons why I moved from San Antonio from Austin. I said to myself "Great now I can listen to Mark Levin after I get off work. Turns out, this Larson guy is on instead.

This isn't the first time KTSA made a bone headed move, the first time was when they canceled Rush Limbaugh in the late 90's and also canceled Carl Wigglesworth (RIP-Carl)

At least they still have Rima (for now) I listened to both Rima and Levin when they were on Austin's KXBT.
