Funny 570 moving to FM?

This morning, while flipping through stations, I landed on 102.3, and the Pulse FM voiceovers were redirecting listeners to 96.9, with the legal ID for 102.3 now being "WFNL-FM, Smithfield." Did the WWPL calls move to 96.9 also, and does the new WFNL-FM calls indicate "Funny 570" moving to or being simulcast on 102.3? I myself would have loved to see "Country Legends 570" (WFNL's previous format before the April 2011 tornadoes took out its transmitter) be resurrected on 102.3...???

I personally think Country Legends should make a comeback. I'm lucky where I live that I can pick up a similar station, at least during the day. Even WBRF, which is FM, changes format at night.
