might family radio sell 950 & buy 640 ? seems they night buy 1560 in NYC.

But why would they want to?
They traded down already from 106.9 to 950 and maybe ended up with some extra cash. Why do it again?
 
Better daytime signal on 640 than on 950. And maybe the 640 night signal could be upgraded.

If the night signal were upgradable, it would have been done long ago. So that means it is either impractical or way to expensive to consider.
 
brokered programmming is on 860 & 1540 so
someone will likely buy 640 & air it on there too---
with 50,000 watts daytime. ( & not worry about the 950 watt night signal).
