Pirate radio in the Philly area

Well beings that I like pirate radio a lot, I know of one that broadcasts on 92.9 somewhere's around chester or some place like that. Appears they are not on anymore.
 
I knew of two a couple of years back that were both operating on 91.3 - one with limited coverage in Conshohocken. Another was in the western Norristown/Eagleville area; he had to be running a decent amount of power because his coverage ran from near Collegeville to Whitemarsh Twp, and from King of Prussia to Upper Gwynedd. The Philly FCC office eventually shut both of them down; as I saw in the Enforcement section of the FCC website.
 
I live in that general area (south of King of Prussia) and I know 91.3 is mostly open, we are on the very fringe edge of WVUD out of UNIV of Delaware, Radio Locator says their Horizontal Effective Radiated Power is 790 Watts and Vertical Effective Radiated Power 6800 Watts

There is a classical channel that comes in also but I have not got the call sign for it

I was reading the Enforcement section of the FCC website and didn't see the entry, do you have a link to the FCC (maybe I was on the wrong page or something)

The classical station is WRTQ from Ocean City, NJ 50kW
 
At the moment I can't find the operation in the Eagleville area in the FCC database, although I know it was there. I probably just can't find it right now. The station was using the call letters "WVDX." I did manage to find the citation for the Conshohocken Pirate. Turns out he was running two FM's from his location. WOW amazing its making it all the way up here, we are about 400 feet above sea level and about 15 miles west of Philly near Lancaster av

Thanks for the link, I get a kick out of reading the FCC page, I found so many interesting stories, Its amazing how many stations violate the FCC's rules !!

One that stood out was an $89,200 NAL to D.T.V. for Refusing Inspections, The station manager would not let them in and left saying he had a doctors appt LOL
