WHIY 1600 temporarily off air or silent?

Have not hear them on the past several days. Has made for some interesting DX catches, though. Are the OTA temporarily or dark?

I used to DX 1600 in Mississippi at night. I thought that 1600 was supposed to be deactivated several years after WEUP moved to 1700, but It never went off the air, it just changed call letters.
