Too much Hip Hop in SA?
Latest SA PPM's 6+
KONO-FM 7.3 (Remains #1)
KAJA-FM 6.4 (Up from 5.8 last month)
KCYY-FM 6.2 Up from 5.9 last month)
KQXT-FM 5.7 (I expected Q to be higher with it's holiday music)
KXXM-FM 5.0 (Up from 4.5 last month)
WOAI-AM 4.8
KBBT-FM 4.5 (Down from 5.1 last month)
KXTN-FM 4.4
KSMG-FM 4.2
KZEP-FM 4.1 (Down from 5.1 last month )
KTKX-FM 3.7
KJXK-FM 3.5
KROM-FM 3.5 (Down from 4.8 last month)
KTFM-FM 3.5 (No change)
KSTX-FM 3.4
KISS-FM 2.9 ( Down from 3.5 last month)
KGSX-FM 2.1 (Now, Classic Jams)
With addition of 95.1 to the Hip Hop world, does anyone else think this market is over saturated with Hip Hop? Honestly, I think Mix will continue to gain as The Beat, Hot, Yo and to a certain degree, KTFM seem to be after the same audience.
