Did you enjoy the Super Bowl commercials?

I thought most of them sucked. Many wasted big money on weak commercials. The naked lady in the farmer's market was my fav though. I believe the commercials just get worse with each passing year.

I enjoyed Budweiser and the Clydesdale Horse. Loved to see that puppy find his way home. The Clydesdale Horse always rocks!
Also enjoyed the Brady Bunch Snicker's ad, and the one with "Cats in the Cradle" Harry Chapin for Nissan.

One I thought was cool was Microsoft's ad about Estella's Brilliant Bus. It is great that Estella could use her retirement money to go for something that low-income kids would enjoy: learning to use a computer! Sad that in 2015, we still have families without internet access. More and more teachers are using Moodle, Edmodo etc. and are posting quizzes and assignments online.

Hated:
"TOENAIL FUNGUS?!" Are you kidding me Jublia? You spent $4 million to get that little nasty big toe fungal guy in a football helmet?
McDonald's smooshy smooshy ad about doing something nice to get free processed food. "That will be a call to your mom to say I love you." "That will be a performance of our national anthem." Etc etc. I'd rather say "Forget the stupid free thing, I've got the cash, gimme my food!"
Nationwide's ad where the kid dies. If not for that horrible last call, that would be the #1 worst thing about the Super Bowl.
Also hated the Loctite ad with the stupid rapping.

What I really really horribly terrible hated...
Was the worst call in Super Bowl history by Darrell Bevell. Seeing that happen with 20 seconds and 36'' to go was not just agonizing, it was an emotional scar that people will not be able to get off of their backs for many weeks...and will be remembered, unfortunately, for decades. Little kids will be grandmas and grandpas and will tell their kids about the "Lombardi that got away" decades from now. For me it was a nasty shock...horrifying loss. People that have snow on the ground are probably saying "OH YEAH OH YEAH!!!" and middle-fingering the Seahawks, but we should have had the win. If Bevell did not mess with Russell Wilson, there would be a victory parade in Seattle this week. Sad moment in Seattle sports (and overall) history.

No. What's REALLY sad that in 2015 we have families who don't give a damn about their kids, letting them grow up without proper guidance, food, medical care, education and discipline.

OMIGOD! Get hold of yourself man. It was a football game. One pretty boring game until the last several minutes. Almost any regular season AFL game between the Raiders and the Chiefs in the 70's would have been better than this overblown "almost exciting as soccer" contest. The only thing that changed hands after it was all over was some betting money and bragging rights. The Seahawks didn't even think enough of their sportsmanship to maintain their cool following the interception. That was just plain embarrassing.

This New Englander has a ton of snow on the ground...and HATES everything about the Patriots one could imagine.

Let's see how things go when Super Bowl 50 airs from Santa Clara next year on CBS. Just hope the 49ers aren't the first team to play in their home stadium! That almost happened with XIX in 1985. San Francisco played Miami at Stanford Stadium in Palo Alto.

The Bud Clydesdales commercial was great, the Fiat commercial made me laugh the hardest. I, too, like the Microsoft 'Bus' commercial, but thought that all of their ads reinforced their brand in an intelligent, classy way.

I thought Bud's 'Macro Beer' commercial was the most 'buzz' worthy. Personally, I loved how they stuck it to hipster punks. Not sure they want to alienate this group too much, but being proud of what they are wasn't a bad thing and it does appear to have generated a lot of online talk.

I only saw a naked woman in the special hosted by Boomer Esiason and Katharine McPhee. I did see Mindy Kaling naked, as promised.

I can't remember any commercials I liked other than Pierce Brosnan's.

I was working during the first half although I kept up with the score online, and driving home listening to the 3rd quarter on the radio. I'll admit the game got better in the 4th quarter, and I only recall the Hyundai ad with Pierce Brosnan and the Doritos ad with the flying pig, which my daughter thought was hilarious when I showed it to her on You Tube after the game. She was too busy watching the Puppy Bowl.

The flying pig was good.

Also the tortoise and hare.

I should mention someone was naked but we assume it a Mindy since she was in the commercial.

On the other site people went to when this one disappeared, the Snickers commercial with The Brady Bunch cast was mentioned. I liked that one.

I was fooled by a local commercial. I guess a plumber is not going to have a national ad. It would have to be a much bigger company.

A white man looked just like Obama and said, "No we can't!" And the plumber said WE can.

I did enjoy the Superbowl this year. I watched it with two rabid Patriots fans from Boston (in San Francisco). They were so boisterous I wasn't really able to pay attention to many commercials. Even though I know next to nothing about Katy Perry and her music is not particularly appealing to me, I enjoyed her perfornance - it was fun.

It was an exciting game, too - and I'm just barely a football fan. The 49ers usually have to be in it for me to give a damn.
