AM Frequency of the week: 1030

I happened to be in The Bronx a few days ago. Near the Throgs Neck Bridge, WBZ was quite clear. But as you move inland, the signal gets splatter from 1010 WINS and 1050 WEPN. 1080 WTIC Hartford and 1210 WPHT Philadelphia were also quite strong, as distant daytime signals heard within NYC go.

But the Spanish speaking station I get at night doesn't match up at all to WONQ'a online audio stream.

That's what makes it a mystery.
