I havent been able to get that channel any more? Well I rarely watch it but still lol

Nothing. It's still there. My son watches Curious George every morning and he did today. Are you getting it over the air, cable, satellite?

He's actually right, rage. Last night, I noticed the OTA signal from 8 has dropped quite a bit on my screen display, and I'm not using some rinky dink set of rabbit ears up here. I'm farther north than Señor Tejano (just a bit west of you, too), and imagine anyone relying on the OTA w/o the elaborate set up, must be suffering right now. Not sure what the snafu is, but KUHT definitely has dropped in strength.

Well I have Directv and yes it's on DIRECTV but I also have an Antenna to watch MUNDOFOX channel 30 in Houston. (I watch it because I love watching the Spanish version of family fued). But when I was going through channels I lost Channel 8 on OTA TV. Also noticed that Channel 22 had some subchannel for a while. And what ever happened to ION LIFE? I think it was on channel 46.2.

That Qubo and ION Life situation is kind of weird to me as well. Why isn't KPXB carrying it on the subs?

I have DirecTV so that explains why I wasn't seeing the same issues Mr Tejano was seeing with KUHT.

KPXB is carrying the Airbox channels. I think that's likely why Qubo and ION Life were moved to KBPX.

When I ran into KUHT's transmitter engineer at NAB he mentioned they were making some repairs to the transmitter building, so you might be catching them running on their aux tower from time to time.

My problem with KUHT and some of the others is I live too close to the tower. You can see the Senior Road towers from my front yard and my receiver gets overloaded.
