Laff tv!

Guess what? We've got another digital TV channel here on Xfinity in Boston-it's called Laff TV, which is comedy, of course.

old shows hogging bandwith

Someone must be watching or they wouldn't be creating more of them.

Oh, and I'm among the "someone", preferring the programming of decades past to the stuff they put on the air today.

The biggest problem I see with so many new subchannels is that a lot of them will only be available in larger cities with enough stations to handle them. If most channels stay with having only one or two subchannels, and some station owners like Nexstar that do little or nothing with subchannels, that will leave a lot of small and medium markets out. As much as I'd like to see them I think it will be a long time if ever before Laff or Buzzr come to Memphis, and probably never to Jackson, TN.

I'd like to see the new subchannels become available on streaming boxes and sticks like Roku or Chromecast, or at least online.
