That's pretty funny. Jim bought himself the ultimate-challenged fixer-upper. Honestly, I hope it works out for him. Hey Crainebo(sp), maybe there is hope for your smooth jazz making a comeback! I can hear the liners now: "KARR 1460, smooth jazz for two square miles in Kirkland".

My hat is off to him. Bigger and wealthier people have given up their AM stations for far fewer problems than the ones Jim has inherited.
 
KZIZ already has the format. But if you are not in Sumner, Puyallup, Auburn or Federal Way, forget it. The signal is piss poor in the city of Seattle, and non-existent in many other parts of the metro.
