Largest "Unrated" market?

I'm curious, since the Monmouth/Ocean Market (formerly #53) doesn't seem to have any subscribers anymore, and looks to be unrated, is this now the largest "unrated" market in the US?

*Note- I understand that it could still be a rated market, or the parameters of when they report may have changed, so if I'm wrong on that fact, apologies. But it got me curious about large unrated markets.

There are quite a few instances of "radio markets" being created to serve groups of radio stations and which are not Metropolitan Statistical Areas as defined by the OMB. In the case of radio, we also use "MSA" as an abbreviation but it means "Metropolitan Survey Area". Radio MSA's are not always the same as the Federal Government's definition of the "other" MSA.

Middlesex/Monmouth/Ocean/Somerset is the OMB defined Edison-New Brunswick MSA according to the OMB. The radio market was defined to serve a small group of stations but is not a standard metro, just as the eastern end of Suffolk County was not a real metro until a few local stations decided to get Arbitron to create a market inside a market inside a market (a piece of Suffolk, which is part of the Nassau/Suffolk radio market which is part of the New York City MSA.

Monmouth is part of the NYC radio metro, but Ocean is not. So Monmouth continues to be surveyed as part of the much larger NYC market.

I still see Monmouth-Ocean listed with three Press Communications stations apparently subscribing. TownSquare and Greater Media apparently have bailed.

The last time the Monmouth/Ocean subscriber results were publicly released was the December/January/February trend (released March 23). Since then, nothing.

Bear in mind that if no stations in a market subscribe in any ratings period, the 6+ numbers will be suppressed for that period.

Meridian Ms. and the Florida Keys were two markets that were rated but, no more. No subscribers.
