what station is this

I have been wondering what station uses this four bay antenna (two photos included), on the very top of the first tower in the antenna farm cluster. I just took this picture today you can see the four bay on the very top. It is not like all the new type antennas on most of the towers its old fashion looking. It has appeared in the last few months I never noticed it before. If you check out Radio Locator or the FCC database its hard to tell because all the locations are so close to one another its hard to tell....so what is it....thanks..

When you say the first tower in the antenna farm cluster, are you coming from Umbria St. or Ridge Ave.? Are you on Domino Ln. or Paoli Ave.?
